Kamala Sankaram — Co-creator, Writer, Composer, Sound Designer/Editor, Lisa (Episodes 1-6)
As a composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist, Kamala Sankaram makes work that leaps across stylistic boundaries. Praised as “strikingly original” by the New York Times, her projects often feature genre-defying sound worlds, bringing EDM to the opera, Hindustani classical music to the orchestra, and electronic noise to the theater. Her work has appeared in international venues including the Washington National Opera, LA Opera, Lincoln Center, Dutch National Opera, Santiago a Mil Festival, O Festival Rotterdam and others. She has created sound installations for Prospect Park Brooklyn and Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. As a voice actor, Kamala's notable appearances include season 1 of the Adult Swim show Superjail and Signe Baumane’s acclaimed indie feature Birth.

 

Drew Fleming — Co-creator, Writer, Composer, David (Episodes 1-3, 5-6)
Drew Fleming has been playing guitar and writing songs since the age of ten. He was a founding member of  the prog punk act and Dallas punk heroes, Pasty Face. Drew has since toured the United States and Europe with Todd Deatherage, indie folk darlings Kaiser Cartel, Anti Social Music, and as music director for the hit show My Onliness. Drew’s current musical interests include the Manouche (“gypsy”) jazz guitar, honky tonk country, and classic metal and punk. He holds a PhD degree in Music Theory at the CUNY Graduate Center and is a senior music editor at G. Schirmer.

Rob Reese — On Location Director (Episodes 3, 5, 6), Additional writing (Episode 6), American Metal Singer (Episode 3)

Rob Reese s a New York based creator of theater, opera, and performance art, with a deep background in improvisation and comedy.  He has improvised his way throughout the US and Europe and Most recently Reese directed and performed in the acclaimed “Anthony Braxton Theater Improvisations” for Experiments in Opera in NYC. Notable directing and writing credits include Kamala Sankaram’s “Miranda”, Amnesia Wars’  “Keanu Reeves Saves the Universe”, “101 Reasons to Thank Your God for Donald J. Trump, Vladimir J. Putin, and My Dad Who’s a Dick” and the musical “Yahweh’s Follies”, among others.  Rob is a proud member of the Indie Theatre Hall of Fame.

Jerre Dye — The Auctioneer (Episodes 1, 2, 4, 6)

Jerre Dye is a multidisciplinary artist based in Chicago. Dye’s practice includes writing, directing, and acting. Dye is the recipient of the Award for Dramatic Literature from the Fellowship of Southern Writers. Some opera libretti include: Woman With Eyes Closed with composer Jennifer Higdon, TAKING UP SERPENTSwith composer Kamala Sankaram, THE TRANSFORMATION OF JANE DOE with composer Stacy Garrop, THE FALLING AND THE RISING with composer Zachary Redler and PRETTY LITTLE ROOM with composer Robert Patterson. Greg Mehrten — Disconsecrate Vocalist (Episode 2)

​​Greg Mehrten is an actor, playwright, translator, director and designer, he has collaborated with many of the legendary figures in the Downtown theater world to create new work in film, video, radio and live performance.

Thorsten Neelmeyer — Ziggy (Episode 3)

Thorsten Neelmeyer is a German actor, known for his supporting roles in German television series and independent films. He has appeared in a range of productions over more than two decades, including the feature film Die grüne Wolke (2001), where he played Kork, as well as the later works Landjäger (2021) as Jürgen Hoppe and Ein Endspiel (2015). Neelmeyer's television credits include guest appearances in long-running German series such as Stubbe – Von Fall zu Fall (2008), Die Pfefferkörner (2009), Da kommt Kalle (2009), and Alphateam – Die Lebensretter im OP (1997). 

 

Ramona Ponce — Gabby (Episodes 5, 6)

Ramona Ponce is a designer and builder, mostly of costumes, bridal and wearable art. She works with opera, dance, and theater companies, cabaret and performance artists, and individuals looking for unusual togs. She once styled skeletons doing sports, because hey, it’s a living. She was married on Halloween so her friends and family would blend in with the crowds. She likes a glass of good Champagne, creepy old houses, and misty graveyards at midnight under a full moon when the wolves howl and portals open to eldritch worlds.

Rodney Umble — Gas station attendant (Episode 4)

​Rodney Umble has performed all over the world: Edinburgh, Scotland; Toronto, ON; Symi, Greece; San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, DC and New York.  He’s studied at T. Schreiber Studio, Magnet Theater, The Second City Training Center NYC and Eastern Mennonite University.  He was a founding member of the award-winning sketch group, Drop Six and is one half of the hip-hop comedy duo, Squirm and Germ.  Favorite stages on which he’s performed include The Apollo, Joe’s Pub, Theater 99 (Charleston, SC), Second City Toronto, Upper Theatre at theSpace @ Niddry St (Edinburgh), and Ars Nova.
